Sometimes your computer seems to have a mind of its own. You know for some unknown reason your email doesn’t seem to work or it doesn’t seem to let you print all of a sudden.

If you need help with some of these issues I can help from a distant location. You simply download a free application and then with your permission I can log onto your computer. It is totally secure and when I finish I log off. After without your permission I can not get back on your computer.
